Terms of Use

1. What Zephyros is

Zephyros is open infrastructure: a Solana program plus a web client. You connect your own wallet, you hold your own notes, and you operate at your own risk. We never custody funds and we cannot recover lost notes or passwords.

2. Beta software

Zephyros runs on Solana mainnet-beta. Tokens used here have real monetary value. Until a public trusted-setup ceremony and an external audit have completed, this software is provided in beta and you should only use amounts you are prepared to lose.

3. Legal use only

You agree not to use Zephyros to launder money, finance sanctioned activities, evade taxes, or violate any law applicable to you. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdictions where you reside or operate.

4. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and operators disclaim all liability for losses arising from use of the protocol, including bugs, downtime, key loss, relayer downtime, validator censorship, or third-party security failures.

5. Relayer service

We may rate-limit, refuse, or temporarily suspend the relayer endpoint to protect availability. The protocol itself does not require our relayer — any party can run one against the same on-chain program.

6. Changes

We may update these terms when the protocol or the relayer policy changes. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
